NLCC Late Fee Policy*

• A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed for EACH late payment of your dues, scrip and applicable assessments.

• A late payment is assessed if the FULL dues, scrip or assessment payment is not post marked by the established due date.

• There will be NO grace periods for payments post marked after the due date.  (Late payments will commence with the January 15th payment and all following payments.)

• We highly recommend all payments be made in the form of a check, not cash.

• If your check is hand delivered to NLCC, you MUST get a receipt from the manager or bartender verifying the date of your payment.

• If you are late for a particular payment, the late fee must be paid before your membership is considered “in good standing.”

*Nabnasset Lake Country Club must be treated for what it is, a business.  All other businesses impose late fees and you are forced to pay them.  Nabnasset Lake Country Club is not implementing late fees to generate additional revenue, but to ensure timely payments.  Members must be aware that timely payments are critical for the operation of Nabnasset Lake Country Club.
